As a graphic artist, I am in charge of developing website and print ready artwork. I create a wide array of print media such as business cards, brochures, post cards, flyers, signs, banners, graphics, and web content that meet client’s specifications. I also operate large format printers, and plotters. I currently hold this position in a freelance fashion, which allows me to further broaden my work experience.

Graphic Artist, Mountaineer Progress Newspaper, Wrightwood, CA [2007-2008]
As a graphic artist for a newspaper, I was responsible for the creation and design of all print ads and photo editing/manipulation. After completion of these tasks, I was required to develop a suitable layout for the newspaper that allowed both images and verbiage to flow nicely. This position required me to meet strict weekly deadlines and high design quality standards across a broad palette of clientele.

Graphics Assistant, Mountain High Ski Resort, Wrightwood, CA [2005-2007]
As a graphics assistant, I was in charge of creating collateral and media for the marketing department. I created signs, banners, graphics, and web content that met company standards. As a subordinate of my superior, I was able to take a “passenger's seat” in learning about the art of creative design and refine my skills.
